Our executive level management team combines a broad array of talents, with key members that are highly experienced in all facets of enterprise software development and delivery. Together, this group manages and directs a dedicated team of gifted programmers, implementation and support specialists, and sales/sales support personnel.

Michael C. Juliano, Exact's Founder and current President, has been designing and developing software since the early 1980's, and has provided strong, innovative leadership to the company since its inception in 1985.

In 1984, as a Computer Science undergraduate in his hometown of Philadelphia, Michael was presented with a fortuitous opportunity to develop a software application for a local manufacturing concern. The operation was growing rapidly and experiencing increased difficulty in managing the very essence of their business…production. Through a personal relationship, Mr. Juliano was approached with an offer to design and develop a production application that would alleviate this problem and allow the manufacturer's ownership to regain control of the expanding enterprise. Although the tools of that time were a far cry from today's development and programming environments, the software that he created to solve the needs of his 'first client' was regarded as highly innovative and effective. Other regional manufacturers began to hear of how the new application enabled this organization to better handle their growth and manage a production cycle that was becoming increasingly more complex. Now armed with a strong, industry-focused solution, knowledge of the vertical market for which it was developed, and a true entrepreneurial determination, Mr. Juliano founded the company and began marketing the business application that has since evolved into our Frogfish Solutions suite.

Today, in addition to directing the daily business operations of our continually expanding organization, Mr. Juliano is still actively engaged in product design and development. His depth of knowledge and experience in the field of information technology, and in the vertical market segments to which the company has dedicated itself, is clearly one of the company's greatest assets.

Brian M. Arriviello is the company's Executive Vice President. After graduating from Villanova University in 1988 with a degree in Computer Science, Brian began his professional career as a programmer/analyst for a large regional supply distribution company. There he developed applications to manage the company's back office operations, and gained valuable experience that would prepare him for the lead development position at Exact, a role that he assumed in 1990. Initially, as Lead Programmer, Brian was responsible for the continued development of the initial core product offering. Among his many accomplishments, Brian authored some of the most sophisticated and specialized components of Exact's application suite, including modules for EDI, Warehouse Management and Real-Time Production Control. Brian's contribution to the company's growth and development cannot be understated, and his expertise in ERP functionality has helped to form a solid foundation for the broad Frogfish Solutions suite that is now our flagship product.

Brian remains heavily involved in all facets of software design and programming. His primary responsibility is managing our growing team of application designers, developers and support personnel, and he continues to provide critical input toward the continued development of the Frogfish Solutions product family.
